Terms of Service for Data Transporter

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using Data Transporter ("the Add-on"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Add-on.

2. Description of Service

Data Transporter is a Google Sheets add-on that allows users to transfer, sync, and archive data between Google Sheets. The service operates entirely within your Google Workspace environment.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Add-on only for lawful purposes
• Not use the Add-on to process or store data that violates any laws or regulations
• Maintain the security of your Google account credentials
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code (except for exported configurations provided by the Add-on)
• Not use the Add-on in any way that could damage, disable, or impair Google's services

4. Data and Privacy

• All data processing occurs within your Google account
• We do not store, access, or transmit your spreadsheet data to external servers
• Configuration files are stored in your Google Drive in a folder named "DataTransporter_User_Configs"
• You retain full ownership of all your data

5. Availability and Modifications

• The Add-on is provided "as is" without guaranteed uptime
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Add-on at any time
• We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms
• Major changes will be communicated through the Add-on interface or via email

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Add-on is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unintended modifications to your spreadsheets
• We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Add-on
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data
• We are not liable for any issues caused by Google Sheets API changes, rate limits, or service interruptions

7. User-Generated Configurations

• You are responsible for any automated transfers or archives you configure
• We are not liable for data transfers that you configure incorrectly
• You should test configurations before running them on production data

8. Acceptable Use

You may NOT use the Add-on to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or malware
• Abuse or overload Google's infrastructure
• Access data you don't have permission to access

9. Termination

• You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it
• We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms
• Upon termination, you can delete all configuration data by removing the "DataTransporter_User_Configs" folder from your Drive

10. Intellectual Property

• The Add-on and its original content remain the property of CraftyCrow.co
• Exported Apps Script code configurations are provided to you for your use
• Google Sheets, Google Drive, and related services are trademarks of Google LLC

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CraftyCrow.co, Anjuman Bhandari, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Add-on or violation of these Terms.

12. Google API Services

This Add-on's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

15. Severability

By using Data Transporter, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
