Data Transporter requires access to:

• Your Google Sheets (to read and write data)
• Your Google Drive (to list available spreadsheets and folders)

What We Do With Your Data

• All data processing happens within your Google account
• We do NOT store, transmit, or access your spreadsheet data on external servers
• Configuration settings are stored in your Google Drive only

What We Store

• Saved transfer configurations (stored in your Google Drive folder: "DataTranporter_User_Configs")
• User preferences (stored locally in your browser/Google account)

Third-Party Services

This add-on does not use any third-party analytics or tracking services.

Limited Use Disclosure

Data Transporter's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We only request the minimum scopes necessary for the add-on to function
• We do not use your data for advertising purposes
• We do not share your data with third parties
• We do not use your data to train AI/ML models

Data Deletion

You can delete all saved configurations by:

1. Deleting the "DataTransporter_User_Configs" folder from your Google Drive
2. Uninstalling the add-on from Google Workspace Marketplace

Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You can:

• View all saved configurations
• Delete configurations at any time
• Uninstall the add-on and remove all associated data

Updates to This Policy

We will notify users of any material changes to this privacy policy through the add-on interface.
